From the second I walked in the doors, I thought this place was very nice! When we got to our room, it was so clean and so spacious! I was pleasantly surprised! They gave us free drinks every day(if you drink; I don’t, but it’s a plus for some) from 5:30-7:30. They have free breakfast, a pool and it was a very pleasant stay the whole time ! I will definitely be staying at Embassy Suites again and I highly recommend them!

We actually live near there but decided to recreate a first date my wife and I had almost a decade ago. It was very nice. Nice staff, close to restaurants (within walking distance), shopping (within walking distance), and more! We will likely be going back in the future. If not there, DEFINITELY to another Embassy Suites! We stayed in the Presidential Suite. Complementary breakfast and they had drinks and food at other times as well.

Very expensive, for the food to be straight DISGUSTING! The happy hour was NOT GIVING!!.. The bar tender was NOT GIVING!!..The WORST lemon drop EVER made to man!!.. And the beds are NOT a good sleep. The mattress was very very uncomfortable.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport Brier Creek for business on January 23rd. Our group of Regional and Corporate CFOs had a conference room reserved for the all day meeting on the 24th. I have a 3months old baby at home and I needed privacy to pump breast milk during the day, so I paid for half a day stay to have access to my room till 4:30pm. In the morning, I stopped by the front desk to pay for the extended stay and to extend my key card as i communicated to the front desk assistant till 4:30pm. The meeting lasted till 4pm. I had exactly 30min to make it to the room to pump and to make it downstairs for the 4:30pm shuttle to the airport (my flight was at 6pm). Well, when I got into the elevator, the key wasn't working - it was in fact deactivated!!!. I rushed to the front desk only to see that there was only ONE person assisting the customers at the busiest check-in time! No matter how concerned i looked, i was asked to wait. It was almost 4:15 until I finally got the key reactivated and made it to the room. Of course I missed the shuttle and had to call a Lyft to make it to the airport. The hotel made me to almost miss my flight! That is besides the disruption of the construction noise and strange people continuesly entering the confidence room during the meeting! I highly discourage any business professionals to stay and to meet at the hotel. I will certainly discourage any of our company meetings at this property ever again.

I am sincerely sorry for the issues you experienced during your meeting and when trying to get back to your room before you departed. Our team is fully committed to ensuring each and every guest gets the individualized attention and service they deserve. I am truly sorry that the team member was not able to assist you in a timely manner and did not show empathy to your situation. I will personally share this review with our entire front office team so we can review on how to better handle these types of situations in the future.In regard to the construction, we are in the final stages of our hotel renovations which includes a full renovation to all our guest rooms, public areas and meeting space. We have finished the major portion of the renovations; we are now in the process of completing punch items. We are working with our contractors to keep the noise to a minimum and be mindful of our guests. We should be completed in the next two weeks.I am truly sorry you did not have the experience we had hoped, and I very much hope to have the opportunity to earn back your trust the next time your travels take you to Raleigh. Few things, we have been coming to this hotel for the past 3 years due to cheerleading competition in NC. Our unit in the room never hit the degrees that we asked, (68) and it was stuck on 60. there where no towels, so not sure why we had to go buy some. They were working around the hotel which cause bugs to come in the hotel, and the level of noise was NOT OKAY! We called down to see about getting extra towels and sheets and never showed up. They hold a 50.00 fee for you to spend at the gift shop, and it is not optional. I dont think we will be back. Unless something can be done. The staff was kinda of rude towards my group of friends, we were not loud, we were just talking and hanging out. They had two Managers keep an eye on the group and there were Girls under 13 with us. Kinda of creepy. Thats my two thoughts

Great hotel, not great pool
The staff was outstanding. Very accommodating and kind. The hotel was nice and clean as well. Our biggest complaint was the temperature of the pool and pool room. It was freezing. Many other families felt the same and the ventilation system in the pool area isn’t working so the fix is to prop the door open which makes it colder. The other disappointing part as the fountain in the pool was broken.

Pros: beautiful hotel, pet friendly AND very clean, wonderful service! Breakfast was great (really good omelettes)! Would absolutely stay here again. Minor cons: pool area is dated (water cold, but air hot and humid), furniture rusted. Mini fridge not working (we have young children and need fridge to be working).
