Outdated facility

Pros: Location was close to the meeting points.
Cons: Housekeeping, carpet and room condition.
Outdated facility without elevator. It has a kitchen but there is nothing in the kitchen (like dishes or spoons/forks/etc.) you can use. I asked for non-smoking room, but it was kind of smelly. Well below average.

Disappointing and lacking basics

Location: Lots of eating establishments nearby, if you can find your way out of the maze of the parking lot and streets, not walking though.
This hotel is hard to find, small unlit sign. It has only one entrance and a dark parking lot, had to circle the building with belongings to get in. The lobby is often unstaffed. Our room had only one pillow, one hand towel and wash cloth, one waste basket, and no utensils for the kitchen at all. Everything must be gotten from the lobby attendant. The toilet leaked water out the back onto the floor. The lights are on an odd arrangement so it is all or nothing. If you want kitchen light, there is overhead light everywhere. Our window was left open and it was freezing when we arrived. The TV kept jumping channels inexplicably from the one we were watching. The continental breakfast was a joke, worst I've ever seen. Not even cereal, fruit, or juice. Bed was OK.

Nice helpful staff but unclean room with lots of work needed. Missing drawer, spider webs, not enough towels, etc..

Parking Lot and Hallways cleaning

Overall experience was good, though the amenities were fair to middling. The place was quiet and peaceful. Friendly Staff. Need lights in the parking lot. Security should come first, very dark at night. Front desk attendant need to pay more attention to work and not on the phone and walking around outside. The hallways need to be clean daily. Front desk need to keep the hallways vacuum and pick up trash.
