45 minutes to check in (although i called mid morning to find out about checking in earlier--they said i had to come after 3pm). arrived a little before 4pm. rude front desk staff. signed document about how rooms are nonsmoking and i'd have to pay to clean, but boy did they smell bad. and not temperature controlled, too hot, too cold. except for the bugs, rooms were moderately clean
