Location: Just ten minutes from. UNC.
Clean, comfortable, good breakfast bar. Would definitely stay there again.

We needed to stay overnight for a hospital visit. Not only was it convenient, but clean and quiet. The property has a lovely picturesque fireplace and the staff were professional. The matteress was a bit old but the pillows were great.

Staff was very welcoming, property/room was nice, and location to UNC was great. Just a few minutes and we were at our destination. Area where hotel was located was sparse. We had to go back a few miles up interstate to find restaurants.

Setting is nice however inside the room appears worn; door lock falling apart. Cleaners made the bed however did not discard partially used cups etc. gives the impression poor cleaning

Unfriendly Service

Very unhappy about the service. We paid for a room that was supposed to be 2 queen size beds, however were put in a room with 1 king size bed. When we spoke to the front desk they were unfriendly and told us that they did not have any 2 bed rooms left. They said they did not receive our update from hotels.com even though we had our written email confirmation stating that we paid for a room with 2 queen beds for 2 nights. They said there was nothing that they could do because we went through a 3rd party. We went to our room with the king bed shortly after they contacted us and told us they had a room with 2 beds but because we went up to the room with the king size bed and placed our laptop on it they could not give us another room. They said legally they could not move us because we touched the bed and their maid had left for the day. The following day they did give us a room with 2 queen beds. It was a very unpleasant experience.
