The hotel was amazing. Excellent condition, well maintained and conveniently located near dining and shopping options. My only complaint was that I checked in virtually using the app prior and selected my room but when I arrived I was told my room wasnt ready and I would be assigned another room. The room I was assigned was a few doors down from the room I previously selected and I did not see it being cleaned. We arrived at 4pm which should have been enoug time to have the rooms cleaned since the hotel has an 11am check-out policy. The room I previously selected was facing the front of the hotel and offered more privacy given the floor I was on versus the room I received which was facing a neighboring hotel. I just wished I would have been given an option or asked if I had any room preferences at the desk like the Hilton Honors app provided.

The convenience of the hotel is the highlight. There are tons of dining and light shopping options within walking distance. I didn’t take advantage of the airport shuttle due to a early flight. The beds are absolutely horrible, if I had not been exhausted from travel I wouldn’t have slept at all. Overall, I would stay again just for the convenience.

The property is amazing. Very nice area and seems safe and quiet. The staff has been super courteous, nice and helpful. I called and sent messages prior to arrival and they were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This Hampton is is nice and clean and look like the room had been refurbished. Two problems with my stay. 1 there were dogs on my floor that I heard baking throughout the night and 2 the water pressure was horrible.
I would definitely stay here again the location and service is wonderful

They did not have a king size room available - which is what I reserved - they moved us to the hotel next door to accommodate us in a king size room

Unfornatley there are guidelines that hotel partners have to follow and when booking with a third-party vendor. Refunds cannot be guaranteed by the hotel when reservations are not booked with them directly. Please work with your third-party for any compensation you feel you are owed.
