The hotel was amazing. Excellent condition, well maintained and conveniently located near dining and shopping options. My only complaint was that I checked in virtually using the app prior and selected my room but when I arrived I was told my room wasnt ready and I would be assigned another room. The room I was assigned was a few doors down from the room I previously selected and I did not see it being cleaned. We arrived at 4pm which should have been enoug time to have the rooms cleaned since the hotel has an 11am check-out policy. The room I previously selected was facing the front of the hotel and offered more privacy given the floor I was on versus the room I received which was facing a neighboring hotel. I just wished I would have been given an option or asked if I had any room preferences at the desk like the Hilton Honors app provided.

Let’s break it down:Positive Aspects:The hotel was in excellent condition and well-maintained.Its convenient location near dining and shopping options was a plus.Negative Aspects:The issue with your room assignment is certainly frustrating. It’s disappointing that despite checking in virtually and selecting a specific room, you were informed upon arrival that it wasn’t ready.The room you received was different from the one you had chosen, and it was located a few doors down. Additionally, you didn’t witness it being cleaned.Given that you arrived at 4 pm (well after the 11 am check-out time), it’s reasonable to expect that the rooms should have been ready.Room Preference:You had a preference for a room facing the front of the hotel, which would have offered more privacy. Unfortunately, the room you received faced a neighboring hotel.Improvement Suggestions:It would have been helpful if the hotel staff had asked about your room preferences during check-in, similar to what the Hilton Honors app provides.Communication about room availability and any changes could be improved to avoid such situations.Overall, it’s essential for hotels to manage guest expectations and ensure a smooth check-in process. Your feedback will hopefully contribute to their ongoing efforts to enhance guest experiences.

The convenience of the hotel is the highlight. There are tons of dining and light shopping options within walking distance. I didn’t take advantage of the airport shuttle due to a early flight. The beds are absolutely horrible, if I had not been exhausted from travel I wouldn’t have slept at all. Overall, I would stay again just for the convenience.

The property is amazing. Very nice area and seems safe and quiet. The staff has been super courteous, nice and helpful. I called and sent messages prior to arrival and they were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This Hampton is is nice and clean and look like the room had been refurbished. Two problems with my stay. 1 there were dogs on my floor that I heard baking throughout the night and 2 the water pressure was horrible. I would definitely stay here again the location and service is wonderful
