Fantastic service!

Pros: Complimentary breakfast and the great location near shopping.
Cons: Elevator was very slow.
Location: Mall, movie theater, restaurants, etc.
The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast buffet was the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had!

Terrible experience . Called early afternoon for rollaway bed . Told it would be there but required room upgrade. Fine. Confirm late arrival. Get there - no bed. Ask for it to be delivered while we at dinner. Get back no bed. Start calling and no one answers phone.. Called 12 times . Seriously. Go down. Oh Leon forgot. Leon shows up. Bed has no top sheet no pillows no blankets. He seems confused that we would want these 'things bed itself is just springs. Now it's almost 11 pm. Black mold in shower! Breakfast people charge my daughters $23 for a glass of juice and a bagel. Never going back. Hyatt has my loyalty again.

I was disappointed with the room because I was put in a room that was less in upgrades which I paid for. I paid for executive suite and I got a regular king . I was not happy but I made due just the same.

The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful, the hotel itself was not. $11 per person for breakfast? No thank you. The hot tub was small and stained, the room that we were in was showing its age. It seemed like the hotel owners spent a ton of money in the lobby and let everything else go lacking. The room we were in was next to the road and my family and I had a VERY hard time going to sleep due to the noise of traffic less than 500 feet from our window. We won't be staying there again, a complete waste of money for my family and I.
