Excellant location to airport .

Lovely welcome , Iced water and cookies a nice touch in the lobby , room great , comfortable and clean the restaurant did great pulled pork sandwich Yummy ! The free shuttle was very accommodating and finally a good price .

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was also very attentive. Only thing I wasn't too pleased with was the airport shuttle starts at 530am on weekends, and our flight was at 6am. So they called a cab for us. Cabbie was rude and drove like a maniac. Although this was not the hotels fault, I just wish we where able to use the shuttle.

Pros: The restuarant food was great and priced great too!
Cons: Housekeeping needs a LOT of work!
Location: It was a bit remote, you had to drive at least 5 miles to get to anything. But I was there for work so the location was not by choice.
Upon checking in I was given a lot of difficulty because my rewards account name and my room booking were under different names. I had to change rooms three times due to the disgusting condition of the rooms. I now realize how that was such an issue. The hotel housekeeping was knocking on my door at 8am (unbelievably annoying!) trying to clean the room while I was still in it! Rediculous! The front desk staff seemed very nice and tried to make the situation with the room hopping better but the overall stay was terrible. The beds were being replaced with the new sleep number beds but my room still had the old mattresses so it was like sleeping in a hole in the middle of the bed. The restuarant food was great and priced great too!

Front desk attendants very nice, helpful & knowledgeable. They have their own menu and was wonderful. Only 1 slight problem. Desk chair severely ripped

Expected better...no hot water the morning we left and tub was clogged. Had to take a cab to the airport for a 6:20 flight because shuttle didn't start until 5:30.
