Pros: Breakfast and our waitress Shelly.
Cons: Need I say more.
Hallways smelled like pet urine, hot tub and pool was cold and needed a deep cleaning. Trashcans in the rooms are the ridiculously small. Don't bother asking for any special requests, (quiet floor-etc) they either didn't see them or ignored them.

Beautiful Hotel

Everyone there from front desk to housekeeping were so nice. The bed alone was so comfortable that we didn't want to get up. The room was spacious and comfortable. Where we were on the 6th floor it was so quiet. The only downside was you needed a card key to get to 6th floor. Sometimes it worked and sometimes not. Even our door key we had to work it to get the door opened. It wasn't just us. In the elevator people were commenting about it.

Decent hotel if you get a deal

Pros: I only had time for the Breakfast Buffet
Cons: THE BEDS!!! Speed of service in the dining venues.
Location: Several good chain restaurants nearby. Bahama Breezes is right next door and was excellent.
Stayed at this hotel to go to Art of the Carolinas since the sessions and trade show was at this venue. Overall, it was not a bad experience. I found some things to be lacking. The bed was not as firm as I prefer (Hampden Inns have better beds and its the same company?? Why???). I slept ok though. The food in the Skytop Grill tasted good but the service was very slow - 45 minutes to get soup and salad and the server needed to be reminded that I ordered wine. To be fair, a friend has stayed at this place more than I and never has this issue. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and was well attended. I would have ordered off the menu (Shrimp and Grits, among other delectable temptations) but the service was so slow the prior night I did not risk it. The hotel is starting to look a little well used around the edges and could use some sprucing up. Check-in and check out were quick and professionally handled. The size of the room was huge. Clean nice quality linens and John Phillip Roth toiletries were awesome. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Nice hotel

Pros: Great location
Cons: One of the queen beds had crumbs in the sheets. If my wife had been traveling with me she would have had us check out and go to another hotel.

Pros: The staff is really friendly and really helpful!
Cons: It would be great of they could add refrigerators to the room.
Location: There is a Trader Joes just down the street (yay!). It's right next to the Beltline, so it's easy to get downtown to museums, historical parks, etc.
Very central location! Really comfortable and cozy rooms! Very kid friendly!

Overpriced for everything

Well rooms outdated, nut nothing beats waking up to find your bank account has been charged $2,278.78 for absolutely no REASON! When confronted no apologies, no compensation, I also asked the day before for an upgrade in into a sweet. I'm a travel agent I was told in addition too the $178.90 I already paid it would be another $398.90, I checked their cost online prior too my discount, and it was way over priced...... Not to mention this crazy loud air conditioner, the paper tho walls, the over priced internet payments for the worst connection, and my poor son (4) every time he goes potty the toilet seat falls on his pickle, II had to buy duct tape !!!! Very very poor experience!!!

Pros: As above. Well fitted out, plenty of parking, spacious rooms. Two sinks (one inside the bathroom, one outside) is a good idea.
Cons: Small refrigerators in the rooms would be a nice touch.
Location: Best possible location for visiting the hospital directly across the street, should that be necessary.
Stayed for three nights in March 2016. A very nice hotel and an exceptionally good value. Very pet-friendly as well as being very conveniently located. Full marks!
