Not a good choice at this time (Oct 2017)

Pros: Location. Right off I-440. Easy 10 minute drive downtown. Walking distance to Crabtree Creek Greenway and to a shopping center with many choices
Cons: Complete the renovation and allow guests to sleep all night.
I was surprised to learn upon arrival that this place is under construction, with half the building closed for renovation. Worse, I was there for two nights - and each night was interrupted by a false fire alarm between 1 and 3 a.m. I think at one of those was related to the construction. There are other hotel options within a few hundred yards, which I would definitely choose until the renovation is completed.

Excellent room for the price

Although the hotel was under construction. We found it very nice, staff very friendly and had an overall great experience.

Hotel is under renovations but didn't have any issues. The only negative was that we thought breakfast was free and it was 13$ a person. I definitely could have went anywhere else for that price and actually enjoyed it. Plates were dirty and had food particles on them so i had to dig a few down. Everything that was supposed to be hot was cold. It looked good but everything was bland and had no flavor.

Nice place

Walls are thin. Can hear everything. No fridge. Slow draining tub. Great staff. Nice restaurant. Small bathroom in conference areas. Only four stalls.

The staff was accommodating. The room was clean and ready. We were able to hold a spontaneous meeting st the lobby and the people around were professionals.

Would stay here again

Not the best Hilton I've stayed at, but would definitely stay here again. Location was excellent. The room looked to have been recently refurbished. Really wasn't there long enough to give the best review - one night stay for business. I guess the only disappointing factor was there was no specified breakfast area for hotel guests only; i.e., a restaurant where you had to purchase your breakfast meal. Did not use the restaurant.

Brand does not suit the Hotel

This is supposed to be a Hilton hotel and no other hotel by the Hilton. So for a large conference group there should be microwaves and refrigerators every room. Especially if they are paying you over $250,000 in a week. I feel when catering to a large group you should spend the extra $10,000 to accommodate your guests and not have 15 or 20 appliances only on standby.
