I had a great stay. Short walk to Bahama Breeze for food and drinks. Short drive to downtown.

Five days of bad experience

Pros: Easy parking.
Cons: Everything but parking.
Location: Decent location, but not much to do around.
A "tired" room (566), where everything seems old and overused. A chair you can not seat on. A rotten bathroom door. No refrigerator. The "courtesy internet access" is insecure, exposing your computer to all kind of attacks. No matter how long is your stay linens are never changed and the room is never vacuumed except if you ask for it. You may return to your room at 5 or 6 pm and find you bed still undone and the towels still not changed.

CONVENIENT AND CLEAN HOTEL.

I stayed in room 103. The bed was not comfortable and there was water coming through the window from the rain outside. Other then these 2 things I am very pleased with this hotel. I would give them a 2nd try.

Would not recommend.

Pros: Breakfast and our waitress Shelly.
Cons: Need I say more.
Hallways smelled like pet urine, hot tub and pool was cold and needed a deep cleaning. Trashcans in the rooms are the ridiculously small. Don't bother asking for any special requests, (quiet floor-etc) they either didn't see them or ignored them.

Beautiful Hotel

Everyone there from front desk to housekeeping were so nice. The bed alone was so comfortable that we didn't want to get up. The room was spacious and comfortable. Where we were on the 6th floor it was so quiet. The only downside was you needed a card key to get to 6th floor. Sometimes it worked and sometimes not. Even our door key we had to work it to get the door opened. It wasn't just us. In the elevator people were commenting about it.
