Nice hotel, close to everything

Pros: Parking on-site and lobby area
Cons: Free coffee in lobby. The rooms especially bathroom need to be updated.
Stayed 2 nights for personal business. Great location and nice restaurant next door.

Convenient location.

Posted May 4, 2016
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: A refrigerator in the room would have been nice to have.
Location: Close to restaurants and libraries.
We were within walking distance of most of the places in Raleigh we wished to visit.

Great view, walking distance to downtown

Great hotel! Friendly staff and very convenient to bars, restaurants , museums, and the capital. The views from the room and the rooftop restaurant were amazing. You can't beat this hotel when it comes to quality and convenience for the price. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is OK but the staff is not helpful

Posted Apr 13, 2016 on Orbitz
Pros: The parking was convenient but not free.
Cons: Staff training. There's a reason all the other hotels in the area were fully booked.
Location: About 10 minutes from the capital area.
I paid for breakfast at booking without realizing it didn't start until 6:30 on the 20th floor. I had 7 o'clock meetings 10 minutes away. I have Type I diabetes so I have to have breakfast and I should have refrigeration for my medications, maybe yogurt to have for breakfast. Lots of promises, no help. One extremely cheerful person suggested I could just be late for my meeting. In the hotel guide, the information about travel to the airport is just crossed off. Very sloppy.
