No Complaints

It was a great stay, it was cold outside and we came in to some nice decorations and a lit fireplace. He rest well and had a nice breakfast.

Thanksgiving visit

The hotel lobby was beautiful but we found a cockroach climbing up the wall in our room and a little beetle by the corner lamp. I didn't bring it to the attention of the front desk because I knew the staff was thin that night due to the fact it was Thanksgiving. Plus, it wasn't anything I couldn't handle and get over. They may want to exterminate soon, though. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we'd actually stay again.

Super friendly environment!

Pros: Friendly staff
Location: My clients went to the movies and grabbed Chic-fil-A on the way back to the hotel
My clients said upon arrival they were greeted with friendly staff! The staff told of the social hour and invited them to attend. They said their room was super clean and the beds were comfortable! Theyenjoyed the buffet breakfast and ate more than their bellies wanted. They will visit again!

Nice hotel with outdoor pool.

Two bedroom suite great for families! There is plenty of room. Has two bathrooms, a living area and kitchen. Breakfast served every morning and and from 4-6 happy hour with appetizers. Nice staff and clean hotel.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Clean and cozy
Cons: Finding hotel from the road
Location: Restaurants, bars, pool hall
In town for the day on business. Hotel was very nice and clean. Right hear the hwy with restaurants in the area.

Cramped and unserviceable

Wonderful hospitality

A woman from the kitchen (wore a pink/red apron and had dark hair) that was so very kind and hospitable to me repeatedly. I really appreciate her care.

Big box hotel. Bland and without personality

Cons: See above. Make the place more friendly. Improve the quality of the food. Change the architecture of the front lobby and have nicer tables
Everything works here. There's wifi, clean rooms and hot breakfast. But nothing was done with a sense of pride or joy. Employees did not appear to enjoy their jobs. I suspect that's because, for them, this was not a very pleasant work environment. The hallways were poorly lit. The place had the feeling of an institution, as opposed to a welcoming stop for weary travelers. I call this a big box hotel. Breakfast was only OK. Fruit, coffee and bread were not very good.

The room was not clean when we got there. The dishes were dirty and put away, the bathroom sink had hair in it (like someone had shaved). There was used toilet paper on the roll too. I wasn't impressed for a $100 a night room.
