I enjoyed my stay here. I loved that there was a coffee shop right across the street and a grocery store which made it really convenient. I felt safe and really enjoyed the outdoor patios.

Easy check-in. Staff were very nice. Hotel is very accessibvle and close to lots of restaurants and shops.

Access was convenient. We stayed to attend a wedding in the vicinity and the Hyatt Place was central to all associated events. The room was pricy, not sure if something local was foing on or if it's just to be expected post pandemic now.
Unclean hair dryer was a put off, but otherwise the stay and breakfast options were good.

We came in town for the dreamville festival and we checked in late in the evening and the gentleman LA was so accommodating and warm. I will definitely book again

The door to the room would not lock when closed. The door handle appeared as if the door were locked but the door could be easily pushed open. A staffer tried a fix and it would then lock if allowed to slam shut with force, but make sure you try to test it by pushing the door. Also, a $75 cleaning fee for a dog is too much. Additionally, there was not a microwave oven in the room and instead there was one located by the elevator for the entire floor to use.

Check in with Ava was a breeze. She was very welcoming and personable. There are dining options that are walking distance and the food does not disappoint. Target is a 10 minute walk too which was really convenient to access as well and there is a supermarket in the adjacent parking lot which is convenient too. The room was immacuate. Breakfast was delicious and its complimemtary. I would definitly recommend.

Ive stayed at this property twice. The Customer service is top notch. The Facilities and Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. Location is convenient for shopping and restaurants.

The room was clean, but they never come and cleaned in my stay, must of the time in other hotel they ask about it, also I miss at least a few water bottles in the room, we like the breakfast, service was clean enough to enjoy a meal.

Overall property was ok. The air conditioner in our room made a terrible noise during the trip so didn’t get any sleep. The second night was able to switch rooms. First night was terrible so just turned it off and slept in hotness.

I just wish parking had been better. Other than that, it was a great experience. Staff is amazing, especially the ladies working at night. They were so friendly. Had a drink at the bar every night.

Very nice staff. Clean and new and rooms were modern and furnishings high end compared to other hotels that charge this rate. Would recommend adding free waters at check-in or inside room fridge..Will visit again.

This hotel is located very close to shopping and great restaurants! The hotel was clean, and the staff was very kind and professional. However, the furniture was very old. There were numerous nicks on the desk and dresser.I have stayed in Hyatt properties before and did not find this to be the norm. We stayed one night.

Didn't like not having a wastebasket under sink. They need a chair or bench by elevator on each floor Would have liked microwave in each room instead of by ice machine. Staff is great especially Noel, LA, Lisa, Ava!

It would be nice if you kept coffee available in the lobby for the entire day. Also, I’d recommend you start installing higher handicap toilets in your rooms for the older folks.
