Property was a little run down, like an old hotel trying to reinvent itself. Was confuzzeled that they demanded to charge a $50 deposit in case of damage. Was given my room and went up to inspect and parts of the bathroom were held on by tape and there was damage other places. Went back doenstairs and asked if they were running a con to collect $50 for giving me a damaged room. The customer experience representative told .e thay she had norhingthing to do with the condition of the rooms...thay she only worked the desk. (seems to me your badge says otherwise) second room wasnt even cleaned since last person stayed. Third room was barelt acceptable. Worst part of it all, a weekayer they never revered the deposit. One of the wordt hitel experiencew i havw had anywhere in the world.
