Pros: Excellent free breakfast. Efficient staff
Cons: Breakfast could stay open until 10:00am
Location: Airport close by. Shuttle service. Good restaurants
Long wait at airport for shuttle to hotel. Poor communication

I love La Quinta in general. Dissapointing

Pros: Location
Cons: Raise the building and start over. There is a La Quinta across the parking lot which is top notch. Stay there.
Location: Location near airport and only minutes away from down town.
The property was dirty and well worn. I felt I was staying in a chain of much lesser quality than a La Quinta.

Great location for travel out of RDU

Pleasant stay. Only problem was we had to wait 15 minutes to check in after arriving because only one employee working and they were 'busy' on the computer and could not greet us. Reasonable Price.

Convenient Airport lodging

Though the lobby and halls shied its age, the room was updated and really roomy. The breakfast service started at 4:30 am - perfect for all with early flights. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing hotel....Great staff

Pros: Friendly and hospitable staff
Cons: A total refurbishment of the hotel.
Location: Several good restaurants are nearby.
Ring of dirt around the bathtub, carpet in need of a shampoo or replacement.

Location: My goal was getting to California and back. No time to see things in Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill on this trip, but I'm already familiar with the area.
Although I was delayed for several hours in reaching the hotel by the flooding of Hurricane Matthew--and wasn't there for more than six hours before I had to get the shuttle to United, this was a good place for my purposes. It was a short ride to the airport...breakfast was ready to gulp down...and the room had a comfortable bed, ironing equipment and anything else I needed. I would use this hotel--and the chain--again, either when flying from RDU, or for other travel.

The room appeared to have been remodeled recently. Nice carpet and wood flooring. The only thing I didn't like was all the smoking guests were standing outside main entrance smoking. If the lobby is non smoking they need to move the smoking area from the front door

Patient professional staff, clean rooms

We spent two nights there during Hurricane Matthew. The staff managed the chaos very smoothly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast adequate.
