Pretty old and run down in my opinion but we just needed a room for the night. Under our bed is pretty gross. Food and trash under there. No bugs or cigarette smell so i won't complain.

The room was fair, but in need of maintenance in a few places. The sink was only hooked to hot water so was only so useful. The place was ok, but nothing more.

This hotel was not clean. Please read the rest of the reviews! There’s only one person at the desk. When we arrived we had to wait 20mins because I guess she was on break or something. But that was ok, we were in no rushed. The issue was When we got our hotel key, we walked through the room and it was filthy. The floor was so dirty that it was sticky your shoes got stuck on the floor, the sheets were stained and looked like the carpet was not cleaned either. The only good thing was that were were only going to be there for 1 night. The is a hold for the security box of 2 dollars and some change that shouldve been taken off in a few days, but it has been a week and I still got charged for it. Already contacted hotel, but no updates on that yet. The area outside not bad and close to some restaurants but the room was dirty, if you stay, make sure you bring your own cleaning supplies. I cleaned every surface just in case as there were also food stain on the desk too.

I enjoyed the stay. Room was clean, front desk ladies were super nice and sweet. It’s close to downtown and convenient. I just wish there were more options for food along Saunders St. The area isn’t overall that bad, it is in an industrial area, so that’s to be expected. Looking forward to the next time I’m in town. I’d give this one another shot!

The no smoking signs did little to deter the smell of pot smoke from room 304/302. And a quarter of the cars in the lot at night were just running with people hanging out in them. Walls are thin so you can hear all the sounds of the highway, aplus the family yelling and running down the halls at 2 in the morning. Floor was a little sticky and the bath was a bit mildewy, but honestly the room's not bad.

The receptionist was nice and switched rooms for us when the first reeked of smoke. The property was unkept with cigarette butts all over the outside. The first room we were put in smelled like cigarette smoke. Your feet stuck to the floor as you walk in the halls and the room.

I did not like that the ladies at the front desk ignored us for like 10 minutes when we arrive. One was busy, with a client, but the other one was not. Not a “we will be with you shortly, nothing. Also the hotel is supposed to be smoke free, but our room had a STRONG smell of a mix of marihuana and cigarettes, we had to sleep with the windows open (in Mid February) and constantly sprayed perfume on our noses in order to tolerate such a horrible smell. We would never go back.

This hotel had a terrible smell. And the linens had stains. We checked out immediately and I am still waiting to be reimbursed. That was 6 days ago. The front desk girl was very nice though.

It was dirty and the fire alarm went off multiple nights and there was someone who had access to our room who wasn’t on staff. Like their key machine printed out duplicate keys for the same room or something like that. Good think the chain was on the door.

"During my recent stay at Red Roof Inn, I encountered a few issues that left me disappointed. The hotel was dirty The room cleanliness was well below par, and there was an unpleasant smell as well as signs of mold in the bathroom. Additionally, I was concerned to find that the windowin our room on the fourth floor could be fully opened, which presented a potential safety hazard. My family and i a very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone spend an extra 50 bucks and stay somewhere safe... I sincerely hope that Red Roof Inn takes my feedback into consideration and takes steps to enhance their cleanliness standards. Improved maintenance and safety measures, such as securing windows on higher floors, would greatly benefit future guests.

Terrible experience
Upon entering hotel the Marijuana smell hit you in the face. 1st room given dirty 2nd room given Marijuana seeds on bedside table,toenail clippings on carpet beside bed,shower had good amount of hair on wall\tub and the bed was worn out. 3rd room given had no towels,washcloths, hand towels or bath mat,hair on shower wall\tub and bed worn out.

My stay was not that great. The staff was friendly, the room was clean however, I came across a few roaches in different stages of their life cycle and the remote to the TV was missing.

Take the good with the bad.
2nd floor smelled strongly of marijuana the moment we got off the elevator. Bathroom in upgraded room was very tiny and saw a roach in the bathroom. Vessel sink sprayed everything when you turned it on. Beds were kind of hard. No continental breakfast anymore. TV in room was sort of small. Charged for a safe that we didnt use and had to ask that charge be removed. Near a fire station that ran a few times during the night. Sirens were loud. On the good side, the staff were sweet and professional. Hotel is being renovated. So maybe it'll improve. Conveniently located.

Really bad Experience, bad attidude at front desk, our room had mold in the AC, went down stairs mentioned, that they did nothing, they took a video them selves so they know we didnt lie, we had to sleep in our van, pretty rude I must say

Room was fully of roaches. Drawers were full of pesticide powder and carpet was very dirty. Housekeeping's idea of cleaning was to replace the bedsheets once in a week despite several requests. Bathtub unclean.

The property is in excellent condition. It looks as though they've been remodeling, perhaps as part of a conversion to all non-smoking. The staff was friendly and helpful.
