All staff was VERY friendly and helpful except one woman who was short and rude when we asked for extra towels and toilet paper. The telephone in the room did not work for us to be able to call the front desk, there was no dish soap to wash dishes and there wasn't any paper or pen to jot stuff down. These seem like reasonable items to have handy.

The room smelled terrible. Musty and dirty. We told the front desk but it didn’t improve. The windows didn’t open correctly and the air conditioning was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. Would not stay there again.

The hotel has a clean room and decent ammenities. My only gripe is the distance from the elevators to rooms. Oh and the shower curtain in our room definitely needed to be changed. Overall all no too shabby

I would never stay here again. While the room was fine, I have never felt so rushed out of a place. We were told when we checked in, if we wanted housekeeping to let them know the day before. We stayed more than one night and didn't receive housekeeping, which was no problem and in line with what we were told at check in - housekeeping will only come if you ask. We never requested housekeeping, however, on our last night housekeeping knocked on our door at 7:45 am and woke us up! Then they knocked again at 10 am! Then at 10:45 am we got a call to remind us that check out is at 11 am. We knew that and had it been after 11 am I would have no problem with the call but between the multiple and very early housekeeping knocks and call before we were even supposed to be out of the room I felt very unwelcomed and like they were in a rush to get us out of the room. This was our weekend away from children so we really wanted to sleep in and relax and instead were awoken early and felt rushed out!

The staff was so friendly. Everything was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Very nice rooms with everything you need. Probably one of the best free breakfast options I’ve seen in along time. Would definitely recommend!

Did not get a warm welcome, it was more like she was doing us a favor. No one at front desk, but waited only 2 minutes. Seemed like that was the norm. Did not have charges explained to us. Did not get the WiFi code. No explianing of amenities and where they were. Did tell us the hours for breakfast.

Everyone was so nice, we were there for my daughter to have surgery and people were very gracious and supportive making sure we had what we needed. They would always ask how she was doing when they saw us out for our short walks. The room was perfect and very clean.

I really like the facilities and the room is very nice, it’s very comfortable and convenient to have many amenities in the room, but I noticed that the shower drain was full of hair and the water wasn’t being drained properly, also some dishes wasn’t totally clean, but I believe that it was something that happened just once and I’m sure the next time that I stay there it’ll not happen again

We reserved this Hotel through Orbitz and it did not ask if we had a pet so we had to pay $75 for our poodle which we found out upon check-in. The bathroom floor was dirty, the tub was dirty, and the body wash, conditioner, and shampoo containers were not filled up, the coffee maker was broken, and no one told us they stopped serving breakfast at 8:30 AM so we had to buy breakfast. The whole idea of staying there was because of breakfast and pets were allowed. We were very unhappy to have driven 8 hours for that type of room and service.

The Sonesta was very clean, everything smelled fresh. The room was huge and well laid out. We loved the fire place in the room! The room was quiet, unlike many other places we have stayed, we never heard noise from other guests. It is near Booth Amphitheater.

Toilet was child size and difficult to use if you are in your 70s. Shower had pubic hair and other long hair in it. Carpet had stuff on it indicating it had not been vacuumed. Stayed here before and it was not bad as this stay was. Very disappointed.

First I want to say the property is amazing! Beautiful suites. The woman at the front desk upon arrival however.. Not so great! Barely spoke when checking in. Didn't let us know that we had to call for towels and house keeping. When calling from our room to ask if there was wifi.. She snapped at my guest and then called back to say sorry she's having a bad day? Umm not acceptable. Customer service folks!!! Other then that.. Breakfast was good. Clean and safe. Loved the stay and will book again.
