Great location downtown Raleigh. Paid parking, but was super convenient (easy in and out.) The staff was super friendly. Room was very spacious, clean and organized. I would stay here again.

The clean room and the view were spectacular! The staff was very kind and helpful to both me and my friend, both out-of-staters from Maine visiting Raleigh for the first time. The free breakfast was a nice touch. I would highly recommend any Residence Inn for any kind of travelers who want a nice, clean and comfortable place to stay.

Very nice hotel. Location great for the concert we went to. Staff was wonderful. Only thing I need to see is if my deposit gets put back in my account. Originally charged $100 and then another $50 which I was told was for parking but I did pay another $44 for parking when we left. Will stay here again as long as my deposit comes back, little confused by the two charges.

I've used this hotel for animazement, Supercon and Galaxycon. The rooms are well kept, staff are friendly and helpful, and the parking is a time saver. The convenience of being able to walk right next door to the convention center can't be overstated. It's close enough to be in the middle of the fun but far enough away to get away and take a break when you need it without having to drive. This has been our go-to hotel for years.

Check-in was extremely easy except for the fact that if you want to park in the garage that is right next to the hotel, you have to pay $22 extra. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, but housekeeping could have done a better job with respect to what they are suppose to do. The only good part about breakfast was the coffee, really good. the rest of the food was way below par, unless you like to eat the same cereal everyday. The onsite restaurant's were very good, limited selection, but convenient after a long day. Overall not a bad place to stay and right next door to the convention center.
