Feels like home!

Pros: size of the room, room layout...the security ...everything!
Cons: na
Location: location is so so...this hotel made the stay for work nice and comfortable!
loved the room..so clean and spacious....very well taken care of property in every way!

Great location ......

Pros: The retro look......
Cons: The beds.......
Location: Close to everything we could think of ......
Would have preferred a pillow top mattress.....bed was just a tad firm!

Pet Allergy Problem

The staff was great. They were helpful, kind, thoughtful. The staff made the visit tolerable. The first room we had was unacceptable due to a serious cat allergy. Don't care how much you clean a room if you are deathly allergic to cats you cannot stay in that room. We did not realize Residence Inn allowed pets or we would not have booked there. The staff quickly found us a pet dander free room. We will not stay at a Residence Inn again due to the pet allergy problem. Overall the staff was wonderful but the area was sketchy and some of the other residents were too.

Good location, room clean and comfortable. Need more seating for breakfast.
