Very Clean, newer and modern. I've stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. No free coffee in the mornings is the only real downside.

The hotel was very clean and surprisingly affordable. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food was vary good. Will stay here again if in th area.

Hotel was fine, clean and modern. The service? Not so much. I purchased a two night stay with breakfast included and this was apparently unfathomable by the staff. Upon check in I was told: we don’t serve breakfast, sorry you’ll have to contact hotels.com to get your money back. Mind you, not only am I a Marriott rewards member (with club access), there is a breakfast bistro in the lobby. I eventually got a manager to apologize for the confusion and say she’d provide us with vouchers in the morning. The next day, I literally had to relive this again and explain why the breakfast should be included. We received vouchers for one day and were asked to come back the next day for the other vouchers. Which, for principle’s sake, I did. And…I went through this aTHIRD TIME! Absolutely crazy that no one knows what’s going on in this establishment. Customer service is not a priority here.

The pluses were a great pool. The water was warm and one afternoon my husband and I had it all to ourselves. The room was clean and the bed was soooo comfortable that I slept like I haven’t in years I think. Loved the private balcony. Here’s the minuses. The staff and especially some policies. We booked through here obviously and breakfast was supposed to be included but I was told that in order to get that, you not only had to pay a fee but you had to be a Sheraton platinum member as well. The first morning we went out to breakfast because the food kiosk was expensive but not before seeing people coming out of a private, closed off room with plates of food. When I got back, I approached the front desk person and showed her the Expedia booking that said breakfast included. No smile. Very deadpan while informing me that their system doesn’t show Expedia breakfast vouchers sometimes so she wrote a voucher on a piece of paper to use the next day and told me tonight when we get in, ask the night front desk person for vouchers for the next day. Still not sure why she couldn’t do it for the duration of our stay. Night front desk guy (who was nice enough) said he couldn’t write out breakfast vouchers, only dinner 😒. There’s lots of things you can enjoy only if you are a platinum member. Breakfast. An evening reception and a relaxation room and 24 hour coffee. And don’t dare ask for a coffee from the kiosk after 11:30! Major attitude because I asked for it at 11:32.Had no idea.

I stay at this Sheraton on a weekly basis because the rooms are nice, the hotel has been upgraded, etc, but if you want to watch TV in your room, please know that your favorite channels that are listed on the TV “routinely” do not work. For example, ESPN, CNBC, Comedy Channel, CNN, etc. I have contacted the afternoon front desk numerous times about this and they have no answers.
