Needs to have more of a modern feel to the hotel,

Breakfast cold, room alright, shower stunk, decor out of the sixties and they still are using it

The staff was courteous and professional with a pride in their job. The facility was exceptionally clean with impeccable service. I will stay again.

Tell dirty shower

Brief stay over Easter!

We stayed over Easter weekend. Entire hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wifi was spotty as more guests arrived. Breakfast was limited as was the counter space in the bathroom. Room and all common areas were very clean. Bedding was very comfortable but the beds themselves were not. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Not restful or relaxing!

Most uncomfortable bed in a hotel I've ever stayed in. Super thin walls which meant we heard our neighbors talking and laughing well into the middle of the night (about 1am)! I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone else. There are at least three other hotels in the area for the same price which probably would have been more comfortable.

Great stay, but...

The hotel staff was VERY pleasant, friendly and helpful. They truly seemed to enjoy their job! When you come in late and are tired, it is wonderful to see a smiling friendly face! The one thing I did not care for was the pillows. They are WAY too small. They are more like throw pillows. I was fortunate to have brought my own pillow with me, so it didn't hamper my sleep...but, had I not brought my own pillow, it would have been a very uncomfortable sleep indeed. You should consider this as very important! I will not stay at your hotel chain if I'm flying somewhere and can't bring my own pillow. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. If it were not for the pillows, I would consider your hotel chain as a "go to" for my traveling needs.
