Too many up sells.

Hotel staff does not really explain the fact that you have to pay an additional sum for clean towels and linen. The fact that I would have to pay a premium for clean towels is sort of weird anyway. You'd think that came with staying at a "hotel."
No iron or ironing board in your room. You must go to the lobby to request a iron and ironing board in exchange for your ID. That's weird because the website specifically expresses that each room has an iron and ironing board.
Also, the spring beds are terrible and pretty small. When I booked the room, I requested a Queen size bed. They said ok, but when I arrived at the facility all they had we're full sized beds.
Nevertheless, you get what you pay for. For the money, this was a suitable option. Except for the terrible beds.
