Not the best experience.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Cleanliness and parking.
Location: No restaurants within walking distance.
!. Personable, attentive, bilingual staff, that were efficient. 2. Good but limited breakfast fare. 3. Parking lot was under construction and the amount of parking was limited. 4. The bathroom was dirty with a ring in the toilet bowl. 5. Too close to a railroad.

Pros: Very clean
Good point--very clean. Low point--noisy. Plumbing, hallway sound, and neighbor's tv evident. Typical modest price chain lack lustre. Convenient highway stopover.

Still no solution to heating

Pros: the room except for the heating
Cons: the heating needs to work better
Location: not a lot, a convenience store is next to the hotel
Stayed at this place about a year ago when it recently opened, Ramos Arizpe/Saltillo gets cold at night, and the heating was not working at the time, that night I came down and spoke to the employee in turn at the front desk, but we could not get the heating in my room to work, there is air coming out but its not hot, so a year passed and I figured the issue had to be resolved, so I came back because I liked them rooms, and to my surprise this is still an issue, I travel with a baby so this is important to me, Im thinking this is just the way things are going to be at this place, so I might look for another place for my next Saltillo trip.

Small room, bad bed

Hotel is cleam, kind of new,, with easy parking and an average hot breakfast buffet but rooms are small and the bed is not comfortable.

The heat does not work at this place

Cons: Heating system
Location: Nothing nearby
This hotel is in great condition, but it has one big PROBLEM, the heat does not work, Ramos Arizpe is mostly a cold weather place specially at night, and the air conditioning system at this hotel does NOT work, I tried to get help from the staff constantly and nobody knew how to get the heat working, I stayed two nights, and reported this on my first night, then the morning after asked again, they brought in maintenance guy (Luis) and he promised that would be solved by the afternoon when I got back to the hotel it was not solved. Nobody knew how to get the AC working.

Easy access from highway.

Cons: The breakfast.
Location: We were just stopping for the night to get to our destination the next day so we were not looking for anything to do nearby.
When we arrived it was easy to get to our room and if there were a lot of people, we did not know it. It was very tranquil and relaxing. When checking in, it was fast and professional. There was an iron and board in the room, that was very nice. Coffee machine but no coffee. Not sure about that. There were two water bottles but we did not use them because we didn't know if we'd be charged for them or not. Might need a little note saying it is for free or it is a charge. The beds were comfy and the t.v. only lacked FOX News. There were sufficient channels in English. We left at 9 in the morning right after breakfast. Everything went very nice and in order.

First time there and we'll go back

Pros: The rooms were clean and the bath room was modern.
Cons: I could hear people in their rooms while I walked the hall way but in my room it was quit.
Location: I stayed in the area before so I knew of restaurants about a 1 mile down the road.
Staff was very helpful. I printed out our confirmation and handed it in during check-in because they couldn't find our reservation and it was 10pm. They gave us the last two rooms with no questions asked.

Muy buen hotel

El hotel esta al norte,muy bien ubicado si no quieres entrar al trafico de la ciudad. Es moderno, las camas comodas. Me quede en una habitación estudio y estan muy bien tenia un sofa cama extra con un colchon muy comodo, dos teles,microondas,minirefi,ideal por si llevas niños! El desayuno incluido esta muy bien.
