The hotel was a host of disinfectant smells from the moment we walked in. Each floor, the elevator, and our room each had a distinctive smell. We wondered what they were trying to cover up. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets and covers were thread bare. The room was ugly and almost industrial in its appearance. Furniture and carpeting was old. It seemed to cater to long term use mainly. The “breakfast” area was messy but we didn’t want to eat there anyway. Staff was polite.

Was told every room had a recliner and I booked my room with 2 beds. I needed the recliner for my handicap uncle and was told by the Manager, basically “tough crap”. Would not do a thing to assist with the issue. Had to rent another room which I was told was handicap. My uncle was stuck in the recliner all evening and I had to go up in the morning to get the chair back down. Could not use the shower if you’re in a wheelchair.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Hair dryer caught n fire and they offered no replacement when requested. Had to go to Christmas Eve celebration with wet hair. Loud noise from next room. No staff to.contact through the night.

The daily staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. They are friendly and quick to help you. The daily staff made it a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is convenient as it's right on the highway and easy to drive to other locations. However, it is not walkable and guest should be prepared to drive everywhere. The hallways and rooms could be a little cleaner. The grab and go breakfast is decent but lacking in some areas like juice and water.

Room for improvement
The staff is very friendly. Hotel condition can be improved. Room is noisy from the traffic on Route 17, orherwise, the room is reasonably comfortable. Kitchenette is not equipped but probably can request for cooking items and dinnerware as we have to ask for cups.

Hotel was disgusting! Orange peel under the bed so clearly not cleaned well, no shampoo in shower. The smell of must, smoke, and cheap cleaner was unbearable. The bed was so hard felt like plywood. Debated leaving in the middle of the night it was that bad.
