Our first night there was simply awful but the hotel staff turned everything around for us and made it a very wonderful stay

Perfect after Mt. Baldy Hike

After a sore day of hiking My. Baldy, it was nice to come to a classy, comfortable hotel. Rooms were comfortable and amenities excellent. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. Hotel staff, esp. Valerie from front desk were very friendly and helpful-excellent customer service.

Got my confirmation from hotels.com. Was scheduled for 4 days. When I checked in I was told it was for 2 even after showing my confirmation email and I paid for 4 days. I was finally told after the 2 days I can just switch my keys out. On the day I was tomget my keys switched house keeping came pounding at the door around check our time telling me I needed to check out. I try telling them what I was originally told and could hear the front desk over the radio telling them to tell me I had to go. I finally went down stairs to explain and the front desk finally said oh yeah well there were no notes. Not only was I freaking out about not having a place to stay for the rest of my trip even after paying, I didn’t need the stress of overheating the front desks talkinging about me to the staff. Even if there was a miscommunication there were plenty of rooms available that mine wasn’t necessary to be pounding on the door.

Beautiful and clean hotel

Great hotel! Close to lots of food and shopping options. Only hiccup was we did not have a fan in the bathroom. Besides that, the room was spacious, staff was friendly and attentive, and we were very comfortable. We will be customers for life after this stay.

Weekend getaway

Check in was great. The woman was very friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. The hotel was located a little off the main street but still very convenient to the mall and restaurants
