There was poor communication between hotel and guests, concerning the holiday schedule for food being served. It would have been nice if they had coffee and hot water available for guests in the lobby, since the rooms don't have coffee makers. There were many times, I went to the lobby to get hot water for my tea. Maybe twice, I got lucky and found hot water. No dish soap to wash the pan and cup to prepare hot tea. Both stove burners did not work. With Expedia, I reserved a suite with a wall separating sitting area and bedroom. But that is not the room I got. My suite was tiny, no divider wall and my view was of a row of A/C units against another wall. So I couldn't sit next to the window and read a good book. The hotel kept telling me, there was no other room to move me to. Very disappointing.
