No power for 10 hours throughout the night

what kind of a hotel cuts an entire power off for 10 straight hours for their own maintenance schedule when the hotel is fully occupied with guests? It's so ridiculous I don't even know where to begin. no compensation at all from the hotel side. Worst hotel stay ever.

Thank you for staying with us. I am truly sorry for the Power outage during your stay. It was a scheduled power outage by So Cal Edison. Many of the hotels in the area were effected. Nice hotel in the center of a good area

My stay was very comfortable at TownePlace. I went for 6 days and the only thing to complain about was the breakfast being pretty lacking in my opinion.

Great value for price

The hotel was very clean and felt fairly new. My only complaint would be that Expedia didn't come through as expected. The room we were given was not the room I had booked. We booked the largest suite but we got a regular suite. The hotel was unable to change this as they were sold out for the week.

Really close to restaurants and Ontario outlet without the crowd.

The room we booked was not available. We were given a smaller room. The pool & pool area was extremely dirty.

Everything about the TownPlace Suites was great! I had no complaints at all!! I would stay there again!

Everything close-by. Shopping, restaurants, airport, freeway. Shopping & restaurants within walking distance. Actual walking distance (5 minutes or less).
