Needs attention
The staff was very accommodating and kind, but the room left much to be desired. The bathroom had ants, a hole in the drywall, and ponded water in the tub that never drained. The tub was so bad that both my daughter and I fell. I sprained my wrist and bruised a knee. Also, the carpets were sticky and badly worn. These issues were brought to the attention of the front desk upon departure.

Hotel was clean and the room was perfect for our needs. Only downside was how thin the walls seemed at times and the beds were not as comfortable as i would have hoped. But overall the stay went well and I would stay here again in the future if need be.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I forgot to request a handicap-accessible room. The front desk representative was able to secure a first-floor room for which we are very grateful!! The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The only negative we experienced was a noticeable stench in the room. We tried air fresheners, however, that didn't work. I imagine the cleaning crew had tried to remove it as well. Other than that, it was a really nice pleasant stay.

Very Clean, Very Hospitable, Very Helpful
I had booked at another hotel I'd never been to before, I arrived at about 11:00 pm, it looked very unsavory, lets just say I drove away. I got to a safe place and booked at TownePlace Suites Ontario. I have back issues and driving, sitting for hours leaves me in much pain. I got to the hotel after 11pm and could barely walk into the office. Maria (the gal working the counter) was so helpful, I was in so much pain I had to sit so she came to me to get my card and DL to check me in, then gave me a room right down the hall so as to get to a bed as soon as possible. The room was very clean, everything was clean...frig, everything in bathroom clean, carpet, everything was great. The breakfast was good, I wanted my bacon cooked more, the gal working the kitchen didn't hesitate at all, she good some extra bacon and brought it to me. The oatmeal bar was full of all kinds of goodies making it a full meal in its self. I travel alone a lot, I felt very safe and was so comfortable that I have booked four more stays there for next month. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The location is great close to my family, food and shopping. I planned to book a longer stay, but I didn’t even last a night. I checked in late. The front desk was welcoming and she was quick to checked me in. I was given a room with beds unmade, slept in, dirty towels were on the bathroom floor. Then, I was moved to another room and the bed covers had strange stains. I felt disgusted seeing one filth after another. I left and checked out the next day and the manger charged me pet cleaning fee without my consent. I would never book again nor recommend it to anyone.

Great location, tons of shopping and complimentary breakfast after a long night is always a plus. The full kitchen is a great amenity to have. Felt like a timeshare unit but overall 10/10 definitely visiting this property again in the near future.

Great Stay
We had a great stay at this location. I have no complaints about the hotel... Everything met our needs and was perfect. I love the idea of having a kitchen in case we wanted to cook. Area was nice and clean. Lots of options for places to eat. We will definitely be staying again. I would highly recommend.
