We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The first night we got there, We went to the vending machine on the first floor to get some snacks and water, The machine was out of order and remained so for our entire stay. The vending machines on each other floor were sold out of most drinks and water. I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff and was told they weren't the ones to stock or fix the machines. Problems with parking, There were two large buses parked in the front parking area, They were parked across several parking spaces, When coming back to the hotel at night we had to drive around for several mins. Looking for a parking place. Again brought it to the attention of the front desk and was told, There was nothing they could do about it.

A compressor went out and we were awaiting a replacement. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
