As close to perfect as you will find

I’ve stayed here for business many times. It is more expensive but pool, rooms and the spa is the best in the desert. Never disappoints. I’ve never even had to ask for something. When the room rate gets down close to some of the mid level hotels I stay here. Best in the desert.

Good place, with very nice views from the room. I would stay there again. You can smell cigarettes in the foyer, but it’s not bad.

The casino is a smoking environment, and we do our best to attempt to segregate the floor into two areas, smoking and non-smoking. The air handlers that supply the casino floor with conditioned air are very effective at removing a majority of the smoke, but they do not remove the lingering smell and odor left behind from the smoke that has imbedded itself into the furnishings. For your information, we have just recently started installing charcoal filters into the supply side of the air handlers, to help combat the smoke issues. The Agua Caliente Casino has taken many steps to improve the air quality of the casino floor, and are constantly looking for new ways to combat the smoke issues. We hope that this one unfortunate experience does not prevent you from returning to our beautiful resort, and all of the other wonderful experiences that you could enjoy here. Again, with our sincerest apologies, we hope you would consider staying/visiting with us once more.

Couldn t figure out the light system. If i turned one switch on another light went off and vice versa. No handicap bars in shower. Loved the wahrag creativity of the housekeepers.

$300 per day and shower does not get hot enough

Sigrate smoke everywhere

The hotel is enveloped with sigrate smoke everywhere. Really bad air. I see 90% of people living there are elder people. The air conditioner is off. Checking in and checking out takes really long time. The price is very high given the service.

Hotel is close to our business we attend nearby.

Pros: Clean rooms. Great slots.
Cons: More drinks out on the floor.
Location: We were there for business only.
This is our second stay at this resort and we have enjoyed both stays. Great place to have fun at the slots.

This was a pleasant enough stay while we stayed in the room. Downstairs the casino is kind of in your face as you enter. Loud, garrish and smoke filled - certainly did not expect it at a resort. Casino allowed smoking indoors but rooms were smoke free. Unfortunately everything smelled like smoke on the premises. We got a balcony upgrade that we didn’t ask for and had to pay extra because they had no other availability. This was not explained clearly at check in and we only came to know about it when we checked out and saw the final statement. This was kind of unacceptable especially since we reserved the room on Expedia and paid for it upfront. They knew we were coming but still couldn’t set aside the right room for us. Room service and cleanliness was great. If it wasn’t for the smoke and the extra charges the stay would have been perfect.

Lovely hotel in Rancho Mirage

Wonderful stay at a clean and well-cared for hotel/casino in Rancho Mirage. The check in was swift and painless and we received a late check out upgrade since we were only staying one night. I noticed immediatley that this casino was very clean and staff was always making sure no trash was on the floor and the chairs to the slots were always pushed in. Everyone was extremely friendly. Our rooms were very clean and spacious with a mini fridge, large closet, amazing bathroom with a large tub and separate shower and enclosed toilet. Lots of extra towels. We ate at the steakhouse and it was SO good! Quality meats and seafood and in-house made desserts. It did not disappoint. We will definitely be coming back!
