“My kids loved the backyard with the chickens. The weekend we were there the AC broke, since it was a cooler weekend we didn't want to hassle and find a new place. Host was very accommodating and gave us a few fans to help with the heat.”

“When I arrived at the property I was immediately disappointed, the front yard was not manicured and took away the character of the home. We proceeded to the studio beyond the gate and the backyard was worst than the front yard. Esthetic is vital and unfortunately very disappointing. I could not open the windows without looking at weeds as high as 3 feet The interior of the studio was absolutely immaculate, which is why we stayed, but will not book again based on the exterior of the place and……

“We recently spent 17 days at Back of the Moon Cottage while I was recovering from major back surgery. We live over 3 hours from Marshall Hospital where my surgery was performed so I couldn't return home right away. The Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay. It was very clean and very quiet. Kim and Seth were amazing and always available for anything we needed. It was a wonderful experience staying there.”

“very nice property and the communication with property manager was excellent. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped...no serving bowls, 5 dinner plates that were chipped, and two bread plates. Otherwise I have no complaints...location was great ”

“The shower only lasted 5 minutes be for getting cold. I told the management 2 days in and it didnt get fixed. I’m glad Im home so I can take a real shower. Would not stay there again. ”

“Entire property was clean. Parking was great and easy. The listing was a little misleading, it didn’t specify that it was attached to the rest of the home, but that is honestly okay because whoever was in the house next door was so quiet. Bed were comfortable. I understand that the living room/ kitchen area is a small space, but a bigger sofa would have been nice. All in all it was a great little place. I’d recommend it to others for a quick weekend trip.”
