Staff very nice. Room is kind of old but it is clean.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. This time our door was very difficult to open it. Our key cards worked fine it was like there was a malfunction in the door scan system. I couldn’t open the door at all and it took my husband several attempts to open the door. The gentleman from the front desk had to assist us 2 times.

Rooms were clean and spacious.

The staff didn’t say much. The pillows were not laid across the bed and looked like someone had laid in the bed. The pillows were just so thin and the towels were too! Actually the clean room was the only reason we stayed. Lucky we had our own pillows!

The room did not appear to be clean. There was hair all over the shower that was not mine. The toilet was very dirty with yellow water. The comforter was also stained. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.
