"Indicazioni chiare e automatiche. Si vede una organizzazione ben strutturata, ma impersonale e piena di regole. Il frigorifero era staccato, e poi il check-in era alle 16.00 e il check-out alle 9.00. Mai visti orari così a comodità di chi ospita. Abbiamo passato una sola notte in una stanza pulita, semplice, ma non è pratica per passare un periodo più ampio. Difetti principali: una finestra sul terrazzino dell'appartamento accanto, quindi non apribile; e la seconda sulle macchine parcheggiate....

"We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut. The property was unique clean and good fun to stay in. We cooked dinner and were amazed by the dishwasher. The views from the main room and dining area were beautiful. Easy check in and out"

"Very new and very nice. Out of everything it was just as it should be! One thing I would recommend is to remove the big tree in front of the sauna as that would make for a beautiful view. But this is only a recommendation. Everything was great."

"Leider hat man kein WLAN in den Häusern, sondern nur an der Rezeption.Wir hatten Ameisen im Haus, das war nicht so toll.Und die Kommunikation mit dem Check-in Personal war nur auf Englisch möglich. Und die Lebensmittel im Supermarkt waren sauteuer.Deswegen überall ein Punkt Abzug!Ansonsten hatten die Kinder viel Spaß im Pool und am Spielplatz und wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen sehr wohl gefühlt. The only thing we were missing was clean towels..we stayed there for 4days and only one big and one small towel for person is not enought, specially if we go to sauna or wirpool.."

Very good chalet, everything is great, 2 shower, 3 toilets, living room, satellite tv, etc. Only one complain, we we’re not informed how to use the ski room. On the other hand the parking place is under the main building which is convenient after snowing 😊"

"Wunderschönes Haus, wunderschöner Ort auch wenn momentan Baustelle ist war das für uns kein Problem die Arbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war absolut nicht störend."

"Vom Check-In bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts war alles super und gut informiert.Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer modernen Einrichtung.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Gut durchdachtes Konzept. Die Nachbarwohnung lässt sich verbinden durch die Schiebewand, was bei zwei reisenden Gruppen perfekt ist. Der Balkon hat keine Trennung. Hier wäre ein mobiler Sichtschutz super, wenn man doch mal für sich sein möchte. Alles in allem super Aufenthalt."
