Fine place to stay

Nice location, close to restaurants , mall, and freeway. Nice big pool and jacuzzi. Also had a water park which is great if you’re traveling with kids. Friendly staff. Only draw back was that breakfast not included. ☹️

Great hotel within distance to all attractions. Also nice indoor pool plus water park for kids. Great amenities with large frig & microwave

Too big for the personal touch

Pros: First floor patios and parking areas make loading/unloading your car easy!
Nice place, good facilities. We came back from dinner to find a message from the Front Desk asking how things were going. We called back to report that a few items were left in our fridge from the last guest and that the plug for the sink drain.wouldn't stay open. They said they'd send somebody around. Two and a half hours later we wanted to go to bed without waiting around anymore. I jammed a straw into the sink so it would drain and we called to cancel the request. I realize a small problem with a drain and some leftover beer isn't a huge deal, but shouldn't have to wait that long without hearing anything. Come and deal with it or tell us that it will be a while before you can come. The place is sprawling, We used a map to find our room. I think taking care of a place that large has to be hard to do. We did enjoy our stay. The attached Minerva's Restaurant has a good breakfast sandwich.

The staff was amazing. They checked on us shortly after we arrived and were pleasant the whole time. The room was decently clean, but the shower was so backed up it filled halfway in the time it took for a short shower. Also, by far the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on whether it be in a hotel or not.

The hotel cleaning staff, knocked VERY loudly on our door @ 8:40am wanting to come in and clean. We did not get to our room until after midnight. That was not a pleasant way to wake up & not professional.

My room had an adjoining door to the next room and unfortunately There was a very noisy family next door that disturbed my sleep on all 3 nights (not really the hotels fault). The hotel needs to add more sound proofing on the adjoining door as you can hear all sounds even normal talking from the next room. Also the plumbing is very very noisy. But apart from that the hotel room was clean and comfortable. As I did not have a car it was useful to have the local buss service stop right outside the hotel to get a ride downtown. Unless you have a car or have organised trips it is very difficult to get anywhere apart from downtown as there is no public transport to any of the nearby towns like Deadwood.

Clean comfortable and accommodating. Restaurant was convenient, a little pricy, but food was excellent.
