paper thin walls

Posted Sep 21, 2017
Not enough staff at the front desk. People were waiting for clean rooms and to get checked in and this was after 4:00 pm. I booked online a king room and got 2 queens instead. The room was quite dusty and there was hair on the toilet and tub. You can hear everything. When the room next to me flushed the toilet or took a shower, I knew. Screaming in the hallways at 4 in the morning and nothing was done about it. Children running everywhere. I was there 3 nights and got very little sleep. I will not be staying there ever again.

Room not cleaned

Posted Sep 16, 2017
Cons: A lot. This place seems too big for staff to manage effectively.
There were sunflower seed hulls on the the floor, gooey gunk on the nightstand, and hair in the shower. Other guests were noisy very late, and the mini fridge was so noisy I had to turn it off. I went out to my vehicle after midnight to get something, and my key card wouldn't let me back in. All the lobby doors between me and the front desk were locked so I had to walk a very long way to get to the front entrance for a new key.

It's just OK

Posted Sep 13, 2017
Pros: One of the least expensive in that price range.
Cons: Services that they provide. The location is big enough that they could offer continental breakfast or have a little coffee shop.
Location: Location was decent. It's close to I-90 and the mall.
Check-in went ok, not overly friendly but not rude. They gave us paper wristbands if we wanted to use the pool, which you have to get new ones if you take them off. The room was nice, nothing exciting about it. It had a fridge and microwave. It was mostly clean but there were pillowcases that had remnants of eyeliner or mascara that clearly didn't come out in the laundry. There were a few strands of long hair in the tub. The in-room coffee was a joke. One of the toilet paper rolls ran out and it was never replaced when the room was cleaned. Parking was a mess for the unit we stayed in. We did laundry but when we put our money in to purchase the laundry soap, the dispenser didn't have any left so we had to go to the front desk. It was ok for us because we were hardly at the hotel anyways. If all you're looking for is a place to stay, then the Ramkota fits the bill. If you're looking for the ambiance, it's not.

Good Place

Posted Sep 12, 2017
Pros: Spacious
Location: Great Texas Roadhouse down the road to eat ate and stores across the way.
Was a good place to stay once again. Room was clean and spacious. Would let our family and friends know about staying there if they are in the area.

Disappointed for the price

Posted Sep 11, 2017
This hotel was fairly high priced, very dated, strange room layout. We were put in the farthest away section of the hotel. Room didn't get cleaned the 1st night at all. Tiny bathroom, really inconvenient. This would have been ok at $75 a night, very disappointing at $205 a night.

Labor Day

Posted Sep 5, 2017
Cons: I would like to be told beforehand when a hotel is being renovated and we get the old nasty dirty stinky room!!!
This was the worst experience I have ever had they gave us a room that 'wasn't renovated 'like the other room, ours smelled like urine and they has two young men cleaning, there was 3 females and my husband and tiny yorkie who is caged at night and if we left the room! I gave money and a note to please give us more than one shampoo but that what we got and a bulb was burned out and they had no more ! When I left I told them how I felt and was told to take it up with Expedia because I booked with you!! I want an apology from that hotel and from Expedia for booking me with a hotel that was being renovated I think I should of been told that I would never have booked if that was the case!

Nice Room

Posted Aug 31, 2017
Pros: Clean , great beds
Cons: Not have your cleaning staff smoke at the entrance to the motel . Maybe some place guest can't see them..
Location: Loved the location right next to some stores and not to far from the Texas Roadhouse. Right of I-90.
Our first room smell like smoke. but when my husband went to let them know at the desk they found us a room which wasn't smoked in. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious.and clean. Plan on staying there again.
