Heated pool was nice but a little to hot for kids. Rooms were clean, we didnt eat breakfast there but it looked like they had a good assortment

Liked the heated pool and the fresh baked cookies in the evening. Breakfast was great too and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel for the price. The front desk lady was very sweet, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast. Would certainly recommend and will stay here again!

Needs deep clean
Overall this hotel is good but not great. The front desk worker was fantastic. First impression of the room was good. The basics were clean... bed, shower, sink. The chair and ottoman, bed skirts, and floor were full of stains. The gym had a lot of equipment but both treadmills had errors on them. One worked ok and one not at all. The breakfast was pretty standard fair. Very convenient to the hospital.

Its a good quality for the price. Breakfast not so great but what you'd expect from a mid priced hotel. Bed and pillows were great. I would use again.

We were welcomed by a pleasant staff who always greeted us even when passing in the hallways. Room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to procure extra towels, so our needs were met. There was always a hot meal included among the breakfast offerings. The hot tub was being repaired while we were there; so, sad we couldn't enjoy that, as well. Overall, We had a great stay.

Toilet seat loose ....mold growing on bathroom door hinges..lamp by bed didnt work had to change out with table lamp....internet crappy, couldnt watch Netflix ...TV had dead pixels in screen. Security latch on door very loose. All in all its very disappointing staying here.

Very clean and comfortable. Good free breakfast buffet. LAUNDRY room says available. However they only have 1 working washer and 1 working dryer. When I asked Desk Manager she siad we are waiting for those to be fixed. Well the sign on the washer had been there a long time.

This hotel is very convenient to many restaurants and shopping. It was clean and well maintained. There were lots of options for breakfast. I loved having a walk-in shower instead ot a tub shower. I really enjoyed the heated pool!

Great hotel in a GREAT location
Its an older hotel but in such a good location and its been remodeled It had great breakfast, it felt very safe and secure. The staff was amazing especially the front desk lady. I didnt catch her name but she is usually up there! The hot tub and pool area was nice as well. Parking lot is well lit! Overall if i came to rapid again i would 100% pick this hotel again!

Not a welcoming experience.
Check in lady was not friendly, did not smile and certainly was not a welcoming experience. Our room, 201, was next to some equipment room and a machine kicked in often and ran thru some cycles. Very noisy and annoying .No guest should have to stay in that room. I will stay elsewhere next time.
