Smelt like cigarettes in our room there was a barking dog in the room next door the hot tub was also shut down and the staff at the front desk seemed to care more about talking then assisting so I left my key on the counter and left only 15 minutes after checking in.

Staff was unhelpful in extending my stay. No doors were operational except front. TV did not work, hot water took forever to reach our room. Told not to park in the back lot for safety reasons. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Disappointed
We wanted to check in a day early and was turned away. Because the clerk said we showed up to late at night to check in. Went and stayed across the street they were more than happy to accommodate us. When we were able to check in the room it was so so.. the bathroom was super small, water so hot you could be burned. Curtains broken so the sun came in early in the morning. The free breakfast they ran out of forks, plates, butter, jelly. The hot tub was broken. Overall the place was a little run down. The only plus of the place the room was quiet.

We booked this property last minute at an amazing price, and were very satisfied. The desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay at a great value. The only negative was their continental breakfast left some room for improvement, they had muffins, donuts, toast and waffles, but with no butter and no proteins whatsoever.

Major stains every where, walls were full of sticky residue and missing wall paper, couch was dirty, the fridge was out on floor with big hole in wall, bathroom smelled like they used a dirty wash rag smell, jacuzzi was down, I got the suite and the jacuzzi tub worked for a bit then shut off couldn’t enjoy it. I didn’t mind it too much but I won’t be returning to this place unless it’s updated.

Staff was excellent. Anything we needed, they assisted us. We wanted an extra night stay, and they were able to keep us in the same room. Rooms were clean, everything we needed was there. We requested a ground level room as there was no elevator, and they accommodated us. I would stay here again.

Housekeeping needs improvement
Bed sheets needed to be changed, we previously slept in and housekeeping never changed them. Just made bed. Mini fridge didn't work. Positive note front desk was very kind.

Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is within walking distance of several great eating options. The breakfast was simple, nothing fancy. The front desk had some issues with both our room and the check-in ahead of us as far as double-booking the rooms, but the front desk attendant (Dominick) ran up to the rooms and double checked on things while checking us in.

When we parked the car to go to our room, a man standing by the hotel back door asked us for money. The key card system to the outdoor locks was not working, so we were told by the front desk to leave the doors propped open and staff would close them up securely that night. Pretty sure they were left propped open all night. Not a feeling of safely in the neighborhood and then the outside doors not being locked and people begging at them was a little un-nerving.
