Summer trip

Pros: clean and quiet
Cons: nothing.
Location: close to food & shopping
Nice area, clean room, nice beds. Staff is great, very helpful. Nice Stay! Will stay here again.

Nice staff.

it was a short stay. Small room. Pretty sure the bed was a full size and not a queen like had been selected. Seemingly thin walls

It's my favorite place to stay, there were food partical on the carpet & some bug remains by the area of the coffee maker, the pillows were too firm. but; It will still be my first choice everytime.

Liar Liar

We didn't get to stay, since our flight was cancelled, but they will not let you cancel your room. We called the motel directly first, and they said they would be more then happy to cancel the room, but we need to contact who we ordered the room through so they could cancel the room. After we contacted hotels.com they called the motel and were told that there was a no cancellation policy so they will not refund us for the night. So instead of telling us directly that we couldn't cancel the room the motel lied to us.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience was not as expected. There are different cancellation policies depending on how you reserve your room, in this case your reservation was non-refundable. We understand that travel is sometimes hindered by the weather and plans change. Unfortunately, as much as we would love to control the weather we simply can not. When you reserve with a company and not directly with the hotel we do have to refer you back to that particular company to make any changes. With a non-refundable reservation there is a penalty to cancel or make any changes. It's not that you can't cancel however, there may be a charge. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros: Convenient location, nice room and very nice front desk staff (Shara)
Cons: n/a
Location: Easy access to major roads to Mt. Rushmore and downtown Rapid City area
Well situated to access main highways/roads, attractions and dining
