I liked the fact that there was a hundred dollar deposit that they didn't mention in the ad or the fact that the pool wasnt working with they didn't divolge until after I booked and paid for in advance and still haven't got my money back for so not a great experience sorry

Mattresss both had nasty stains on them. Outside door would not latch, had to use deadbolt to keep door shut. Walls are paper thin people were slamming door and kids were running up and down the halls. Other guest were using **a lot** of marijuana. Overall property felt unsafe, but I was super cheap.

Door didn't lock also there was a hole you can see through on my door. Blood on the bed and stains on box springs. Dirty towels was left in room and other people's clothes

The staff was very nice. & when i went to my room. It was trashed.it was never cleaned. The guy that was supposed to clean rooms didn't from the previous people. The young. Man was very nice & handle the situation very professionally. Room on 3rd floorwas recently remodeled & was good. 1 & 2 floor trashed.

Worst hotel
This hotel apparently has a no maintenance policy. Heater in our room didn’t work, there were clumps of hair throughout the room, fridge didn’t work, hot tub didn’t work and slide is “out of order”. Also if you want a contact high just ride the elevator to the 3rd floor. The “private office” right by the elevator should do the trick.

Property is currently under new management and you can see the upgrades they are making. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Quick easy check in and check out process. Very Clean.

We looked at our room and we left. They had hangers holding the dresser upright so the drawers didn’t open. It didn’t work, because the drawers kept sliding out. The bed had seen better days. The entire property smelled like an ashtray, the pool was small and looked disgusting. We walked across the parking lot to the holiday inn express and got a room over there.

Not worth the money or stress
Made the reservation for 2 suites a week in advance and even called 2 days before our reserved stay to confirm the booking and asked if tyere were any other fees or details I should know. Was told the reservation was confirmed and that was it. The day we checked in, was told there is $150.00 deposit required for each room! That was not any where on this web site and I was not told when I called 2 days before. I was also told that no pets were allowed at all. Fine. The front desk clerk then told us the list of rules. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in any of the rooms or inside the facility, doing do would forfeit the deposit. Any thing taken from the room would automatically forfeit the deposit. If the room was left with an excess amount of trash, destroyed or any type of excessive mess, the deposit would be forfeited. I agreed and stated that none of those would be qn issue for my family. We entered through the door closest to one of the rooms, both of which being on the 2nd floor. As we made our way up the stairs, the smell of Marijuana was unmistakable. By the time we made it to the door of our room, thats all we could smell. Even into the room it was extremely strong. The one suite had more a few issues. The handle for the shower was so loose it was almost impossible to adjust the temperature for the water. The light over the microwave did not work at all. One lamp was missing the knob to turn it on and off. Many more issues with the room. Will never stay here again

This was a very horrible experience as soon as you walk into that hotel. It's not like marijuana all the way through. The hallways were filthy. We went into our room and only 2 of the lights in the Room we're working. We looked around for about 4 minutes and we left.

The hotel showed signs of usage over the years. However, it was kept clean. The desk staff was accommodating. The hotel was in a good location for dining and shopping options while being less cost than the more luxury based hotels. It was a comfortable stay for a night. Continental breakfast was very basic, but again the hotel was close to dining options. Parking was plentiful.

There were a lot of things out of order due to lack of maintenance. Got locked out our room due to faulty lock. Staff was helpful getting us back in. Room was not very clean. Still haven’t seen my bill for our stay. Hope to receive it soon to see if it is correct as the person ahead of me in line had been over charged

Dirty, out dated, broken or missing items, breakfast was a joke. Ran out of food and said there was no more. Went to check out and lady behind the desk put up a helping other customers sign and then I saw her sitting outside the front door smoking. Very unprofessional and uncaring. Plus my husband's wallet went missing.

Don’t book this place unless you are desperate. There was questionable things on the walls, clearly the locks had been broken off and replaced for whatever issue, a plastic shopping bag was over something in the ceiling, you could see through the door into the hallway and we booked a dog friendly room and when we arrived the front desk said no dogs allowed. We had to take my phone in to show them the site showing it says dog friendly and he demanded $25 cash for dog deposit or else we couldn’t stay. First no dogs now they have a room if we pay cash? Sounds fishy.

Holy Hell! Prepaid and reserved a room while driving across the country... After a 13 hour drive they could not fulfill my reservation; since it was labor day weekend there were no other options and after I called to 27 other hotels(all sold out). So my pregnant fiance and I slept on an air matress next to a cornfield. Also Hotels.com failed us as well; before this whole Expedia "One Key" Merger joke the service I recieved for being a platinum member for booking over 40x times this year was great. When I tried to get refund the expedia agent said she couldn't contact the hotel and they would send an email... and THATS IT! I've spent over $15,000 on your application over three years and you have lost me as a customer

kids running on hallways after 11 PM and yelling. Breakfast food was gone by 8 am, last day on Sept 4th there was NONE absolutely nothing to choose from not even a lousy coffee. No juice from day one. Why advertise breakfast if there is NONE served, banana and orange was gone by 7;30 one morning .next time I pay double to stay at a civilized La Quinta. NEVER AGAIN staying at EconoDump ever again.
