The hotel is a little dated but very nice. The WiFi is the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel for years. It wasn’t a problem for me because I was there for pleasure and it was okay to unplug, but if I was a business traveler, I would have been disappointed.

Nicely located, not exactly downtown but excellent free parking, next door to monunent- any event ther you can just walk. Dining and bar food tasty and you feel like a family very well taken care off. Hot tub, sauna and swimming poot to entertain kids and havve relaxation fir yourself. Snack store 24x7 with good variety for you, kids and pets. Love it!

I stayed on the 7th floor for 3 night guts. The room had previously leaked which was visible but never painted. The bathroom was not well maintained and the cleaner cannot follow simple instructions.

This place was WAY too expensive for what we actually got. Not sure why they think they're worth over $200 a night. Maid service was not great. Room wasn't fully cleaned, hallways and main floor were pretty filthy. Kids running around the halls screaming until 12:30 at night.

Room key would not work on pool area. To get in our room we had to keep getting our key reset. One hot tub did not work. Breakfast was really good.

A bit disappointed. The hotel oversold the suite and gave away the room we had booked months in advance. They then downgraded our room. When asked about the fare difference they did not want to help, acted like they didn’t care and told me I had to contact Expedia for the difference. The room was clean but the ac didn’t work and we were never able to get the room below 76 the whole stay.
