Very nice!
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and nice. Location is great! Unfortunately we are a bit sensitive to scents and EVERYTHING was heavily scented. I would highly recommend the owners to use unscented detergent for the sheets and towels as this actually made us a bit sick during our first few nights of sleep. Also, I would recommend to put the cleaning solutions in a high cabinet as there were no handles on the cabinets so we could not keep my 1 and a half year old from getting into them. Besides this everything was great!

Love This Property
I am not sure why others mention the age of the home. Inside is rustic, cozy, modern and upgraded. It is just far enough from the city in the Black Hills National Forest to feel like you are secluded, yet very close to everything Rapid City has to offer. Tim was a great communicator. The property comfortably fit four adults and one 8-year-old child. I cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner in the fantastic kitchen and we invited over two other friends and had a great time. The hospitality can't be matched. Despite the minor hang up with the garbage disposal (seriously, that was the only issue I had), the overall experience was top-notch.

Perfect stay for families
My family absolutely enjoyed the stay at this property. It was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we wanted to cook dinner and breakfast. The patio is beautiful. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. The property is close to the city but still feels like we are in a secluded peaceful place. I would highly recommend to opt for this property if you are visiting Rapid city

Great location, great property, a little rustic
We really enjoyed, the property was nice with great views nearby and perfectly located! It was a little rustic and the pictures made it look a bit nicer than it is. Other than that, awesome!
