Never again!

Pros: Nothing, really.
Cons: Everything. See above. The staff was pleasant enough, but that doesn't make up for the other items.
Location: Best thing to see is the Crazy Horse monument and the American Indian Museum.
Wow! Where to start... the worst hotel I've stayed in 5 years! First, we were in room 214 which was above the lobby. In the morning, I thought there was a convention outside our room at 7:30 in the morning - this after we had gotten in at 1:00 a.m. after traveling all day. The walls were paper thin and we heard the people in the adjoining room talking well into the night (or should I say the wee hours of the morning.) The pillows were all mushy and I had a stiff neck the entire stay. The room seemed to be clean, but I wasn't sure just how clean the comforter was - it just didn't seem up to my standards. The towels were small and thin, or perhaps I should say well-worn. At breakfast, the only creamer for coffee was powdered creamer - yech! It made the coffee taste so bad that I drank orange juice. We usually stay at Comfort Inns when we travel, but there were no Comfort Inns conveniently located and reasonably priced where we wanted to stay, so I thought that a Ramada should be a comparable hotel. Wrong! I'll never stay at another Ramada after this experience.

Worst Ramada I've ever stayed at

Posted Jul 31, 2015
When I booked this room I requested an accessible bathroom. This one was not. When I call the front desk to ask if we could be moved to another room with an accessible bathroom the man said no. When I told him that I requested one when I booked the room he said that's what I get for booking through a 3 party website. Aside from that, the rooms were small and beds uncomfortable. I've been at many Ramadas in my life and this one is by far the worst and it was expensive. Do not stay here. More like a Super 8 than a Ramada.

Fair hotel

There was something spilled on the front of the dresser and tv. The only problem was with parking. If u are towing anything it's a problem.
