We picked this hotel based on recommendations and reviews on cleanliness…but ours definitely had some issues! If we hadn’t had such a short stay, I would have requested a different room. But for the price, it was a nice enough place to lay our heads.

The lamps in our room at the bedside didn’t work, there was trash behind the chair and on the window ledge. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. We had the DND sign on the door, and still had housekeeping knock on the door regardless only one time. Otherwise everything else was great. The staff were really friendly.

The staff was really friendly. The room was clean except for a few spots on the carpet. The facility were amazing, hot tub was nice. The also had amazing breakfast. If I’m ever back in rapid city would stay their again.
