“Nice place. Staff very kind. Would recommend staying here.”

“They place was way under staffed. It took 45 minutes to get a sandwich, the bars was very depleted to the point the bas tender had to leave for roughly 10 minutes to go get alcohol to make guest drinks. I was drinking water so was not a problem for me. The checking in was a 4:00 and was told most likely would get in around 3:00 but would receive a text when the room was ready. 4:00 came around and did not receive a text. There were a lot of frustrated people in the same situation trying to get……

“All rooms have a screen covering top to bottom on the balcony. Feels slighly obstructed but still a wonderful view of you chose a beachfront room. Your ocean sounds are interrupted by AC condensers on top of surrounding buildings. This hotel offers alot of amentities more than most. No breakfast, but has coffee, endless towels and full kitchens in units. Property grounds are the nicest across this entire stretch from the beginning of Estero to Bonita Springs.
