“We were up four flights of stairs that no one bothered to tell us about. There was only one staff person and she had just started. When asked if we could have a different room as this was totally unacceptable, she said there were none and there clearly were as we walked around and saw many empty rooms. There was no hot water or clearly not available until morning.
