The staff were really good however sometimes when we had booked dinner they did not have our reservation. Husband was disappointed no papaw 😊 Had a lovely experience

The hotel and staff were great. Beach is nice and close to the snorkel cruise boats. The lagoon is shallow and good for easy dip or swim although sometimes water is quite warm. Hotel is easy walk to night market, and local store, or easy bus ride to other areas on the island.

This was the 2nd time i have stayed at The Pacific Resort, and i will be back again. Staff and service is excellent. Location of resort is 2nd to none.

The position has to be the most beautiful part of the entire island. Waking up in paradise to the crystal clear water,and watching whale breach off the outer reef is breathtaking. The staff are all amaxing. Beautiful beachfront dining is amazing. Right next door to the muri night markets. Also the overwater cultural show and dinner is the other side of this beautiful resort.

Nice and really great for where in the world it is
We stayed in the family bungalo. It was clean and nice. The continental breakfast was included and minimal but satisfactory. The pool was nice and clean - no heater.

A very noisy resort with few quiet place to relax
A great beach to be on with lots nearby. A good number of chairs on the beach (but there are no umbrellas) and good seating around the pool. We had a deluxe 2 bedroom villa and this had a full kitchen and plenty of room, in and around the villa. The bathrooms were beautiful and the air-conditioning was good. There is also an adequate espresso machine in the unit. But, you can't get away from the noise of children (and their mothers). There is really no quiet place. The facilities are also possible a bit inadequate for a resort of this size. The food also is overpriced for the quality. I would not like to be in this resort on a rainy day as there is no games room or place to hang out. The departure lounge (and toilet) are also too small and uncomfortable for a resort of this size.

Amazing holiday spot.
Amazing stay. The resort is such a relaxing place. Combine that with its beach in a lagoon and the stay was really good. The restaurant and bar are also great complements.

We were amazed that during lockdown the resort had been completely renovated. All new beach equipment. Totally upgraded accommodation. A very pleasant surprise!

We loved this resort! The staff and amenities were amazing! We were able to SUP every morning in the gorgeous lagoon, then eat a fabulous continental style breakfast, kayak out to the island and snorkel until the afternoon! So much fun! The food at the resort restaurant is really good! Breakfast is included and the non-motorized water activities, too! They even have water shoes for you if you need them! Can’t say enough nice things about this resort!

Service by all staff was excellent! The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished and clean. The amenities were great, including a daily snorkel cruise for a small fee! I only wish I had spent more time here!

Beautiful resort close to all the action. It was a short walk to the night market and restaurants. We can't wait to go back. The Cook Islands is very safe and the beaches are clean. Very friendly people. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Great location, clean units, great to have Barefoot Bar onsite and reasonably good breakfast. Shuttle from airport didn't show up. Welcome at resort was just okay. We came from the Aitutaki Pacific Resort so this was nowhere near the same experience. Just okay and recommend if you get a good special. The price we paid was too high for the experience.

If you have small children, stay here. It is super kid friendly and all of the activities (kayak, SUP, snorkeling etc) are included. The restaurant was delicious and the staff are great. The view is amazing!

Ease of access to beach, availability of towels equipment and gear. Room had a great outlook, really clean with all necessary items. Kept serviced at all times. Staff so very helpful. Everyone on staff very friendly. Food at breakfast and restaurant excellent. Filtered water available.
