Weekend in Ras Al Kaimah

Location: This is a beach resort with similar activities offered by nearby hotels such as jet skis, banana boat rides, para-sailing, etc... Not much else to do
Room is very spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom & amenities luxurious. Temperature control of the shower was a hopeless case. You either get cold water or scalding hot water. TV channel selection is mediocre at best. Grounds are clean and well maintained but nothing spectacular nor make you say wow. Staff was very friendly and courteous but nothing stood out in my mind. Lobby was very spacious, airy and lines with marble stones but very plain. Breakfast buffet was very average but way over priced for what you get. Because this hotel is over priced it had low occupancy rate so the facilities were not over crowded and not so noisy. It is a very good hotel but very low value for the money

ホテルの見た目は豪華で、アラビックな建物にまず驚く。ホテルの内装もゴージャス、部屋もオーシャンビューで良かった。従業員も良く教育されており、チェックイン、アウトもスムーズだった。 食事も日本食レストランがあり、本格的な寿司を楽しめた。値段は少しお高めだが、日本から魚を空輸しているとのこと。日本人シェフが握る寿司は新鮮で美味しかった。

Disappointed and then some

Really poor and not expected from the brand. Checkin in took 45 minutes. Calls to any desk were just not answered. Most Restaurants only open for dinner. Please stop calling this Waldorf. It's a pale shadow of the franchise. Yes, location is meh but that's the least of this property's issues. Basic service is beyond poor.

Pros: POSIZIONE , CAMERE ENORMI , ARREDAMENTO INTERNO !!!!RISTORANTI!!!!!
Cons: LA PULIZIA DELLA SPIAGGIA ( vero lato negativo) e dei materassi dei lettini
Location: non si può volere di più
dopo 4 volte a Dubai ( che abbiamo eletto a nostra seconda casa) dove ordine è pulizia sono la quotidianità, a solo un ora di macchina abbiamo trovato un hotel che è da considerare far i migliori degli emirati. Nulla di negativo

Great facilities with terrible service

Thi is one of the best hotels in terms of the facilities available such as a huge spa with relaxation room, multi swimming pools with a bar, huge lobby and choice of dining/drinks. However, service is terrible for the below 2 reasons: We have booked a queen deluxe room but was offered a room with the claim that it is bigger and with a better view (sea view). After checkout, i called the hotel to ask for the room type that they offered me during my stay and it was a classic room which is cheaper than what i booked. The staff insisted that the room they are offering me is considered an upgrade in terms of size and view. Second, the AC was not working and we called them to fix it, my friend and I wereat the balcony and when we entered the room the service staff was in the middle of the room fixing the AC as he entered using his master access card without our permission!

Dear Mustafa Many thanks for your feedback. I was disappointed to read that did not appreciate your room move. Have investigated thoroughly, you had booked a Queen room with a golf view, we happily afforded to you a room with 90sqm of space, a sea view and large balcony instead of a golf view. As is with our company policy, and as explained in detail, the engineering team rang the doorbell on several occasions, 'do not disturb' was not showing and there was no answer, so they entered the room to check the problems with the air conditioning. We do hope that you will return again in the future.

The Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is one of the best hotels in ras alkhaimah.. I really enjoy my trip.
