the food is very poor and the TY channel only three channel.I am very very sorry because you give this hotel

Dear Nadia, The hotel management and staff are here to cater for your service, i am happy to announce that now there are 14 different menus provided for dinner and 7 different for lunch and the Chef uses them so he can provide different varieties and tastes.

We stay att this hotel in 7 days 14-21 december 2010. I cant understand how this hotel got 4 star, dirty room a, terrible food, bad shape......etc. my recomindation is ( dont book this hotel its just 2 star hotel)

Dear Sartip, The houskeeping department cleans the room on a daily basis (from 09:00 till 16:00), the towels and linen are changed every 2 days unless requested otherwise, or in case they were left on the floor. We can say proudly that the hotel food variety and taste will be like expected because our chef has 14 different dinner menus to choose from as well as 7 different menus for the lunch buffet. The latest renovation happened in the year 2014 also. Thank you for your feedback and hope to see you soon.
