Service oriented, acted on feedback

Great recovery service when I gave feedback that the check in process was poor. Had to wait and at the end went off to my meeting and came back in the evening. Great to see that the hotel takes feedback seriously and SWIFTLY. I appreciate the token fruit basket but even more so I appreciate that the hotel listens and acts on feedback. Well done and keep that mindset up!

Good location, great services, sumptuous breakfast

Excellent services! Staffs could remember your name even I only stayed for one night. Got free upgrade to suite, the room is spacious but a little bit dated. Extensive buffet breakfast with a lot of choices and high quality food. Very convenient location with two minutes walk to nearest BTS and walkable to Big C, Central World and Pratunam. I definitely will stay longer next time.

Close to train and the shipping precinct

Great hotel, friendly staff, convenient location to shopping malls, great dining options, excellent buffet breakfast, comfy rooms. Would definitely visit again. Cannot fault it.

Relaxing hotel

Relaxing hotel locate in the perfect area; however, the service is not good as expectation as the staff is not so helpful and friendly which is quite disappointed...but overall would recommend to family with kids as they have kids caring service which is quite good..
