When you have limited choice

1. The hottel shuttle leaves terminal 1 everg half an hour which I found quite convenient, same thing when leaving back however they shouldnt charge 5 euros for the ride. 2. Check in and out is good and fast but only one staff at all time, with long face no smile or welcome at all. 3. No iron in the room , on the sixth floor there is a laundry room you need to pay to iron in there your self. 4. Breakfast is expensive 28 euros not included in room rate. 5. Room rate is not attractive and varies from week to week, expensive for the level of service. 6. Late check out is charged 10 euros for every hour after 1200. 7. Wanted to checkout one day earlier the refund they offered is half what I had paid cash. 8. Almost all the time the coridors are blooked with room service trollies. 9. Food and drinks are very expensive in the room or resturant. 10. The pillow covers had bad smell. 11. The airconditioning in the entire hotel was not working for 2 days. 12. No proper walking path in and out of the hotel except through the parking. 13. Smoking area is not shaded from rain or sun. Many other negative bits here n there, the only reason I stayed there is the location for my business trip which happened to be across the street.

Clean, comfortable room.

Pros: Very comfortable beds & pillows. Nice big towels in the bathroom. Nice toiletries. Roomy bathroom and room. Two nice desks, a mini fridge/bar.
Cons: A coffee maker in the room would be appreciated. Washcloths in the bathroom would be nice. The "free wifi" didn't work most of the time.
Location: A couple of mini-mart/gas stations nearby and a grocery store several blocks away.
We just booked one night. The front desk lady seemed distracted and almost curt when we checked in. She did speak English though. The other one smiled and seemed nicer. We reserved the airport shuttle the night before. This is one big reason we found this hotel-- for the (5euro) airport shuttle.

Not as good as the Rest of the NH hotels

Stayed there because the rest of the NH hotels in Fra were full, its a good hotel but it could get noisey and you can hear all the chatter and noises from the other guests . What annoyed me the most was the airport shuttle!! Its free in most of NH chains but here you have to pay for it , and the driver acted as if he is doing us a great favour by dropping us off to Terminal 2 !! minor things but I would only stay there again if the other NH hotels are full!!

Pros: なんとなくというのが本音です。
Cons: バスタブが日本人には高すぎてバスタブの出入りが非常に怖いと言う印象です。でもこれは文化の違いといえばそれまでで終わってしまいそうな改善点ですが・・・・
Location: ロケーションはのんびりした田舎町という感覚でアクティビティについてはシャトルバスが便利でした。

Pros: War alles wunderbar!
Cons: Es wäre schön, wenn die Zimmer mit Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee ausgestattet wären!
Location: Nur 200m vom Hotel gibt es ein tolles Steakhouse-Restaurant! Sehr zu empfehlen!
Ich war beruflich unterwegs und hatte 2 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück gebucht. Meine 13-jährige Tochter hatte ich dabei und sie fand es auch sehr schön. Das Hotel ist gleichermaßen für Geschäftsreisende, sowie Familien geeignet. Beim Einchecken wurde ich sehr nett begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind schön, modern und sauber. Der Wellness-Bereich ist ebenfalls sauber und sehr schön. Frühstück lecker und alles vorhanden was man sich wünschen kann. Selbst auf Bedürfnisse von Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten wird Rücksicht genommen. Somit gibt es viele Produkte die Laktose- und Glutenfrei sind!
